Sujan Chemoplast Pvt. Ltd. is very much aware that quality is uncompromisable factor; hence, we have a separate quality control department which functions 24 hrs.
(3 shifts, each of 8 hrs) and is equipped with all necessary equipments.

We have a 5KVA Online UPS for power backup.
Two 3 litres Glass pilot plant for pilot experiments.
One distillation apparatus to know the boiling range of the finished material.
One electronic ph meter and Two electronic weight balance.
Regular analyses of online samples are done to achieve the desired quality.
A pilot batch is performed at Lab Level, before any batch is performed at plant level to identify or analyse any unwanted contents.
Proper records of batches at the lab as well as plant level are kept for technical references.
M.S.D.S. (Material Safety Data Sheet) of all products is available with the laboratory dept.
