Safety Features
- Every reactor is equipped with a Fainger Laser – the safety relief valve. Also, we have installed a BS & B make rupture disk on each reactors. Utilities, such as cooling tower, water jet ejectors on a separate structure providing clear and open space for material movement, are installed.
- Flame proof electric fittings. A centralised electronic panel controls all equipment from single place. Whole plant has been provided with proper earthing, deep pipe have been installed in reactors and receivers and drums filling is also done with proper earthing.
- All the flanges are provided with copper jumpers for uninterrupted continuity for discharge of static charge.
- Auto temperature controllers are provided for all the reactors. Vacuum braking is done with nitrogen.
- All reactors have separate external cooling coil for instant cooling.

Fire Safety
- Periodical training is provided for using FireX and to act quickly in any emergency situation to all our employees. In case of mishap the fire brigade is located at 0.5 km distance for quick response. M.S.D.S. (Material Safety Data Sheet) of all products in the premises is available with the laboratory department and security cabin.
- We have sufficient number of FireX of following types:
- “FIRE AGE” Brand Co2 Gas Cylinder of 3.2 kgs capacity - 03 Nos.
- “LIGHTEX” Brand ABC stored pressure type 5 kgs - 11 Nos.
- “LIGHTEX” Brand mechanical foam type 9 Ltrs - 02 Nos.
- Dry chemical powder type 50 kgs with O/S Co2 gas cylinder of 2 kgs - 02 Nos.
- Co2 Gas cylinder of 9 kgs.capacity - 02 Nos.

Environmental Safety
- Considering our responsibility towards environmental harmony, we make our best effort to protect it. We have taken following steps:
- We have valid consent from M.P.C.B. to carry out distillation activities. We are also a member of C.E.T.P (Common Effluent Treatment Plant) and T.T.C.W.M.A (Trans Thane Creek Waste Management Association).
- Effluent is treated in our E.T.P. plant and neutral effluent is then sent to C.E.T.P.
- Sludge and solid waste is sent to T.T.C.W.M.A. for incineration.
- Transportation of hazardous wastes is done through M.P.C.B. authorised transport only (M/S Vaishnavi transport).
- Additives are added in the furnace oil to maximise the energy efficiency and to minimise the carbon emission in the air from the thermic fluid heater.
